On June 29, 2007 operators for the Chicago Special Response Team for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, practice Closed Quarter Combat (CQC) drills at an abandoned YMCA building in La Grange, IL. The building was soon-to-be demolished, so the team could train with flahsbangs without worry of destruction.
