Haiti, After the Earthquake | Sun-Times Media, March 2010

On January 12, 2010, a catastrophic earthquake occurred 16 miles West of Port Au Prince, the capital city of Haiti.  Hundreds of thousands of Haitians lost their lives.  Millions were affected.  An already improvised nation was devestated and is still struggling to thrive.

Ruthie visited Port Au Prince with a fellow journalist to document the relief efforts for Sun-Times Media in March of 2010.
